I don't own any Schiit components, but others I know who are into headphones feel these little headphone amps are a good deal for the money. Schiit is closing out the Magni+ (discreet transistors) for $69 and Magni Heretic (op-amps) for $59. They are very simple to operate, and connect only via an analog input, which is good for connecting to line-output devices (CD players, a WiiM Pro streamer, turntable with built-in phono preamp, tape output from a receiver or integrated amp, etc.).There is also a list of limited B-stock available--there are two of the Magni+ in silver and seven of the Magni+ in black, both for $49 each.
The company is known for offering a good bang for the buck in regards to sound quality. They have a range of electronic components that are affordably priced, and go up from there.
