First of all, it's Herb AlPert, not AlBert. That's a no-no here.

As for the arrangements, they're out of print although there are some that pop up on eBay from time to time.

There was an entire book of the Alpert/Masekela album published. I have it, and while it's not a complete score, it's like a piano arrangement with guitar tabs and other parts shown in it.
