Looking for a certain cassette for sale

I found a Carpenters cassette for sale on this website but the condition of the box and cassette are not in good shape. I am trying to find another one of this cassette for sale but I have tried googling the name of the cassette and the number on the front of the cassette but not such luck. It appears to be a Japanese release. I haven't found it on discogs either. Can anyone help me?

It might be a rare one. On the tape itself I can see a “Presented by (Della or Desta) Inc.” I can’t quite make out the third and fourth letters. So it might’ve been a promotional or store exclusive (the back of the cardboard has 1200 yen).
