I just bought a DVD of a Stan Getz concert called The Last Recording, and it features Getz playing several numbers from the Apasionado album, as well as some standards. It's an incredible performance, recorded in 1990. His band consisted of Kenny Barron on piano, Alex Blake on bass, Terri Lyne Carrington on drums, and Eddie del Barrio and Frank Zottoli on synthesizers. The songs performed are:

Apasionado
On A Slow Boat To China
Soul Eyes
Espanola
Coba
Seven Steps To Heaven
El Cahon
Yours And Mine
Voyage
Lonely Lady
Blood Count
What Is This Thing Called Love
People Time
Amorous Cat

This should be a must have for Stan Getz fans!

1990 with Terri Lynn Carrington on it? She must have been a teenager back then! (I know she's fairly young--she was a replacement drummer in Yellowjackets for awhile after Kennedy quit, and I also saw her with Sanborn's band a year later.) I met her in 2000, and I swear she was only in her 20s then.

Well, she just looks young. She's 40! Born in '65.
