youtube question

Greetings all!

Going through my day and one of my fb friends posts a youtube link of "Merry Christmas, Darling". This particular file was uploaded by someone named "SharonTG" a decade ago and its been viewed more than 4.8 million times and counting. She even added a few paragraphs describing how Frank Pooler wrote the words and Richard re-wrote the original to become the song we all know today.

What shocked me is that the youtube meta data shows the "writers" as Ina Wroldsen, Wayne Hector, and Steve Mac, who all happen to be current pop songwriters. Is it possible that A&M/UMB is sending the streaming royalties to them instead of Richard, Karen's estate, and Pooler's estate?
