Dear Forum Members,
In one of my posts regarding the much missed late Sebastião Neto,
I mentioned a television broadcast from a concert by Antonio Carlos Jobim and his New Band in Germany.
During the presentation of the musicians and singers, Jobim introduced
Sebastião Neto as:
‘A GREAT BASS PLAYER, travelled 125 times to Japan,
a master of the airplanes’.
Sebastião’s reaction was a smile, (a modest one).
That ‘125 times to Japan’ must be with Sergio Mendes and his groups.
Sergio is very popular in Japan.
