Did You Know? Herb Alpert Big Screen Movie Career

Not only did Herb Alpert appear in the movie Mr. Hobbs Takes a Vacation, he is credited as playing the trumpet on the soundtrack as well. He's listed on the personnel page in the booklet that accompanies the new CD of the score from Mr. Hobbs (on Intrada Records).

Interesting--I didn't think there was enough music there to put together an entire Mr. Hobbs soundtrack! I'll have to check it out.
