There's a possibility that Herb will be on VH-1 tonight, where they are doing their "I Love The 70's" theme. Tonight at 10:00 ET they are doing the year 1979. I watched one of these shows last night and they talked about the top songs of the year, as well as top movies, news, sporting events, etc. Since "Rise" was a big hit in 1979, I guess it's possible.
