There's a nice little interview of John Pisano on a little guitar website:

It talks about his career, and obviously he talks a bit about his days with the TJB. The sound is rather soft so you may need to crank up the volume a bit.
One of the more interesting things about the TJB days is that he says the TJB and the Beatles were once booked on the same concert and that the two groups hung out and talked a bit together. I had read that Herb had met the Beatles at one time, but this is the first time I had heard that the two groups were on the same bill.
