i was just reading the paper yesterday,in the entertainment section and it was announced that composer michel columbier had passed away after a bout with cancer.i know how important michel was to all the a&mers out there having done the wings album,and some of his collaborations with herb(i remember hearing the "real" version of "we could be flying" with lani and just being amazed how it sounded with strings!)also,terry melcher,doris day's son,also a record producer passed away as well...we're really losing our best...the paper said michel died on the 14 of this month.
