At the first of last month I read Richard's words about SHM-CD at business website. It has a photo of 40/40 display at Tower Records at page 3(but it has already gone to members only page).

In both of message in the SHM-CD site and the speech at the ceremony held in April Richard said that he listened to another artists' SHM-CD before Carpenters. At the ceremony Richard's mentioned Mamas & Papas' SHM-CD. And I recalled BBC documentary; John Bettis told episode about them and Mamas & Papas' amps(?).
