It's a perormance of "We've Only Just Begun". I think it also could have been a "music/promotional video' made around 1973 (Karen's hair and outfit are hints). It takes place on rocks, i think, at a beach with the band surrounding her.

She also wore it on the Robert Young special in June of '73, where they performed a few numbers. She looked gorgeous in it; and especially in the Tom Jones video with the wind blowing through her hair...ahhhh...
