Co-writer Jim Peterik (Ides Of March lead singer & former Survivor keyboardist) wrote "Hold On Loosely" & "Fantasy Girl". Matt Clark Sanford, MI

By the way, .38 Special was the very first concert (ZZ Top was the headliner) back on Sunday, September 26, 1982 at the old Saginaw Civic Center in Saginaw, Michigan (which is The DOW Event Center). Matt Clark Sanford, MI

Probably the most recognizable .38 album cover & 'Hold On Loosely' being one of their hugest hits (and so much truth, too, in the story line!)...!

The group hits it best commercial, as well as (being more liked by the critics at this point) technical stride!

I love this album. It's a good rocker from start to finish. I saw .38 Special back in the late 80's in San Antonio. A friend of mine was in the opening band so he got us in for free. .38 Special did some nice albums for A&M over the years.
