A&M Labels on singles and Vinyl albums

Have we commented much on the vinyl album labels for "A Kind Of Hush" and "Passage" ? They were truly awesome reflecting the album covers. Were there any other "personalized" vinyl album labels for the Carpenters other than these two? How about for the 45's?
Also, didn't Voice of The Heart LP label go BACK to the tan and white A&M label after Made In America had been the red and black label? I don't know what Lovelines looked like on vinyl either.
