I have to say it was a total failure to the fans of the label, and that's basically who it was aimed at. No Baja Marimba Band? That was insane...

I agree completely it should have been a Larger collection to include at least more of the Earlier A&M artists such as BMB and others to me it would have been more than worth the higher price it would have been and would have been a real Collectable sadly What Universal thought was A&Ms best was not even a drop in the bucket to us who know there is Far more To the Roster of artists

A shame, but not surprising. I think it was ten years ago or more ago that someone here reached out to A&M wondering when they'd put Lee Michaels' work back in print and got the response "Who is Lee?" Institutional memory is gone.
