Henry Gross was popular here when the PLUG ME album was released. We sold quite a few copies of it. So, I put this album in stock too. It never sold nearly as well as PLUG ME but has some good songs. "Come On Say It" was my personal fave.

There is a Henry Gross compilation available on Varese Sarabande that has quite a few of his good A&M songs along with his later hits.

A much better-received sequel to Henry Gross's debut album, Henry Gross (ABCX 747); recorded in 1971 for ABC... After which Gross recorded this album and a follow-up, Plug Me Into Something on A&M, before moving onto Lifesong records, owned by the then, late-Jim Croce producers, Terry Cashman & Tommy West, who also recorded a few LP's on ABC, then quickly becoming Henry's sheppherds, right after Croce's death...

A good-to-average effort, and my first copy did NOT have the lyrics, which I frequently saw in copies of this thereafter... Still, I think Plug Me Into Something is a bit more worth waiting for...
