Side Two: Delta Lady 2:46/ Mistery Train 3:20/ Rock and Raunch 2:20/ Hound Dog 2:21/ Hi-Heel Sneakers 2:38/ Long Peach 2:00.

Awww, I thought Elvis had actually booked the studio time at A&M Studios; he was too ill to record, so his backing band (James Burton--who took the Lead--, Jerry Scheff, Ronnit Tutt & Glen D. Hardin) had made the album there!!! Jim McCrary took the cover shot of Burton at an L.A. Train Station, too.

...all this time I thought it was recorded at A&M...

Did Elvis record for any other label other than RCA, with the possible exception of Sun Records in Memphis?

James Burton has recently toured with Jerry Lee Lewis, who frequents the casino circuit.

I think Elvis only DID record with RCA and the Memphis-based Sun Records. Maybe James Burton had some ideas for a solo album and Elvis and his band happened to be in Hollywood on tour or working on a movie soundtrack of his, which he may have been too ill to do. Never the less, from what think I've heard and read, The King really did book Burton at the place on La Brea.
