To my knowledge (and maybe everyone else's) it hasn't... I would say this is a "blueprint" for the up-and-coming Other Peoples Rooms album which did get a legitimate release...

In fact there may have been a transition with John Mark and Johnny Almond recording with their regular band on their recorded works so far, possibly even with this album and Other Peoples Rooms, recorded with Studio Musicians, so it's debatable what ever got recorded, if anything got recorded, and who it was recorded with...

So as it stands, this has still, yet to emerge from the vault, if anything is even there...

I would tend to agree with Dave here (What???? Stop The Presses!!!) that this either ultimately ended up as Other People's Rooms on the A&M Horizon imprint or was scheduled as a follow up and was never produced/released...
