Well, to me, this album was a quaint bore... Very hard to connect to and only the "strong sound" of the David Anderle production, can redeem the banal commercial quality... Of which even the best intentions, such as the upbeat version of "Bye-Bye, Love", the experimenting w/ "Songbird", a song originally done by Fleetwood Mac, and the only listenable track "Sweet Inspiration", (of which I had on a '45', probably backed by a song from another album, or maybe with one from this I didn't like as much) get simply beaten down & fall flat...

Unfortunately, this does not bring back "the days of Roger Nichols", here...!

"You" was sure all over AC radio formats back in the day. And it was a nice uptempo tune. The title track was a nice ballad. Those were the high points for me.
