Does anyone know:

Which studio albums, not counting compilations or greatest hits, have been the best sellers?

I would guess Close to You followed by A Song for You.

Looks as if : 1)Close To You (2) Carpenters (3) A Song for You are three biggest sellers.
Bummer that Horizon is only 1.25M.

The best-selling studio albums in the CD era(1987 on) are Christmas Portrait,Close To You,Christmas Collection and Horizon,respectively.
