Best-sounding in-print Burt Bacharach albums

My brother in law bought the Colour Collection Burt Bacharach CD and when he plays it on his computer he tells me that he gets the title name "Millenium Edition." So, it seems that the Colour Collection is really the Millenium Edition.

I seem to have read somewhere that this edition is not one of the best-sounding out there. Is this correct?

That 'Millenium' CD has been used for various compilations just re-titled.

The sound is so-so.

I would start with 'Classics What the World Needs Now' for the best sounding 1 CD collection.
