Carpenters Mentioned on "Daisy Jones and the Six" limited series

Episode 9 at the 29 minute mark.Not necessarily disparaging of course, but not a compliment either.
The series drops the F bomb constantly, but you find the music so captivating...
And brief sex scenes (which are so brief, but the ramp up is obvious, so I had time to look the other way as is my custom).
