Deodato's Arrangements

Here is another example of Deodato's ace arranging, this time on Jobim's terrific and rarely heard "Tema Jazz". The flute's arrangement in the score is truly amazing.

And Deodato could also write great charts for the likes of Frank Sinatra and "Triste".

And why not one more Brazilian song--this time "Sweet Talk" written by the renown Luis Bonfa (composer of the film Black Orpheus). My favorite singer, the late great Eydie Gorme, sings this cheerful Deodato arrangement.
