Falco: Gone 5 years now

I was looking at a Falco bio, and noticed that he died 5 years ago (Feb 6).
He was a very interesting person, his life ended so suddenly.

Hi Bruno,
I think Falco was amazing! He hit big in the States in the mid-eighties and is unforgetable.
Rock Me Amadeus, Vienna Calling, Jeanny, and the REAL version of Der Kommissar are classics. I am a big fan!
He was on A&M in the U.S.
Hope all is well in Germany.

Count me as a fan, too! I picked up his first A&M with the real version of Der Kommissar before ATF had a hit with it. His cover of that Cars tune (title escapes me right now) on his last A&M LP was great, too!

DER KOMMISSAR was his breakthrough hit here in Germany. Was this song released in the US in the German original version??

Thank you, Steven, as far as I'm concerned, I'm feeling fine. I just hope, that the German government doesn't leave NATO alone, if there should be a war against Iraq.
