I just realized you're in Pensacola. I have many fond memories of P'Cola from 1980 and 1981 when I attended The Navy Schools Of Photography (Basic in 1980 and Motion Picture in 1981). In fact, the main character in one of my (unpublished) SF stories is named Gregory Palafax after one of my favorite intersections there...

I'm sure I speak for everyone at the Corner when I say that we will, indeed, include both you and Mary in our prayers. God will see you through this difficult time. I know, I've been there. My Mom had a similar situation three years ago. She came through with flying colors. Most encouraging is your news that you've caught this thing in infancy. This is a blessing in and of itself. All my Best to the both of you.
