Here's an interesting Jimmie Rodgers interview. Interestingly, he toured with the Tijuana Brass, which led him to write and record "It's Over". He sure had a lot of grit and determination to overcome as best he could the brain injury he suffered in December 1967.

The late Eddy Arnold had the country song "It's Over" from one of his RCA Victor albums!!

Some really famous people covered Jimmie's "It's Over". In addition to Eddy Arnold, there was Elvis, Glen Campbell and Dusty Springfield. See the Wikipedia link below per this song. From "Honeycomb" in the 50s to his A&M days in the late 60s he left a real musical legacy and numerous gold records.
