I've really yet to hear an example of this guy's work! In fact, I've heard more playing by Wah-Wah Watson, then I ever have of Johnny "Guitar"...!

Other than the fact that I've long heard that this Watson was one of the most important guitar slingers in the many decades progressive guitar playing was in vogue... And that he did fit well enough in-between such greats as T-Bone Walker and Jimi Hendrix (and heavily by the former while definitely influencing the latter)...

Lastly, I'd read that Johnny died in Japan while in the middle of one of his famous solos, and referencing the title of one of his songs, his last words reportedly were, "Ain't That A Bitch!"...!
