Does anyone know where I might be able to view pictures of what the INSIDE of A&M looked like in the '70s? I have recorded at A&M and been through there many times in the past (8) years, but no one there can give me any info on where I might locate archive stuff. HELP! :) -Chris

Hi Chris,
I too remember visiting A&M in the mid seventies. This link has a "tour" of the place: http://www.amcorner.com/home.html

There was once a site devoted to the actual A&M Records. It was extensive. There were photos and layouts of the studios. Unless someone (here) has them archived and/or saved, I don't know where they might be located. That site went down some time after the sale of A&M.

Hey Chris,

Steven is correct. www.amcorner.com is a good source of photos and details about the Lot.

As I said before, the old A&M Records site was extensive, with layouts and information about specific recording services then offered by A&M. The site also included a history and tribute to the builder and original owner of the property: Mr. Charlie Chaplin.
