What year/month were the HORIZON photos taken?

I thought I once read the shoot was sometime in 1974, then obviously used in '75. But on the cover Karen's arms in particular look pretty thin, though the real thiness/discovery of it was in 1975. In 1974 she looked amazing and throughout the later months (Xmas Show), but I'm not sure on dates.

Oh, and does anyone know where the shoot took place?

I also love the cover of ANTHOLOGY too.

don't know the date...but Anthology cover is one of my all-time favorites of Karen.
