You're quite right, and only a week ago I picked up a copy of ELEPHUNK on A&M. Very interesting remake of Jobim's "How Insensitive" incorporated into one of their tunes.
It would be fun to hear them live; maybe they could tour with Ozomatli.

They're great pictures ... and I never considered copying them until I saw the 'do not copy' sign.
It's kind of like those tags they put on upholstery. The ones that say 'do not remove under penalty of law.'
Just makes me want to reach for those scissors.
