Having obtained Essential Collection at last.....noted Richard 's fulsome tribute to Late Roger Young , Engineer Extraordinaire for over 20 years with Carpenters and Richard 's Solo & Production Projects.
Does anyone recall the reason for Roger Young's death , was it a car crash ? I assume this was in 1996 , just before Richard's PACC Album was recorded as other Engineer's were used on that Project.
Young certainly worked wonders on many Carpenters later tracks that were incomplete with VOTH , Lovelines and 1984 Christmas Album.....a favourite being the awesome "Tryin' To Get The Feelin' Again" in 1994
