Now & Then 12x12 LP Sleeved CD (Japan)

Received my "new" CD from CDJapan a few days ago, what a nice surprise.
In fact it arrived overnight.
Due to the original mixes, I was immediately taken back to the first time I heard this album (on cassette.) Definitely one of my favs!!
It would be nice to see all the catalog released (in their original mixes) in this format. A masterpiece worthy of framing.
Anyone else receive theirs yet???

Can you describe how this release is packaged? We know it's a 12x12 format, but is it a tri-fold gatefold like the LP? Where does the CD fit? Is it like a digipak inside? Or is the CD in an envelope?

The CD is inside a small clear vinyl envelope that has been adhered to a large (almost album sleeve size) white, heavy stock paper; not quite cardboard but thicker than an album sleeve.
The CD is housed where the "LP" was in the original release.
It still has the tri-fold packaging and a lyric sheet (in Japanese) is also tucked inside.
I have taken my CD out and placed it into a jewel case for ease of play and to protect the jacket until it is framed.
Again, it is exactly like the 1973 release in looks and sound.
