something like The Philippines Best Selling Artist All Time.

I saw him recieve the plate at video site.
I'm not good at English hearing. Something like
Philippines the Best Loved, the Most Loved, the Best Selling Artist of All Time.

The recognition plate has lots of Carpenters record covers. It may include "Live in Japan" and "Live at the Palladium". Were these released in Philippines?

Different from Universal Music,

The Presidential Citation handed by the President to Richard, best known as one-half of the brother/sister duo the Carpenters, along with his sister Karen, during a call at Malacanang’s Music Room at noon today.

The above is on sites of the the President of Philippines, Feb. 14th.
