TV special with the Muppets

I need your help in identifying all the songs played on the TV special where the TJB appear with the Muppets.

What is the opening number?
What do they play after Coney Island?
And what is the song Herb sings at the close?

The first song as far as I remember is Vento Bravo from the "Coney Island" album. The missing song between Coney Island and Spanish Flea must be Panama, originally from The Beat Of The Brass and the last song is I Belong also from "Coney Island", the song, by the way penned by my "neighbour" Swedish singer/songwriter Goran Frsitorp.

Thanks much. One of the many great things about this forum is how fast some one can always answer a question. The songs sounded familiar to me, but short of listening to all 200 of their songs, I just couldn't figure out what they were.

I just picked up a copy of the special on ebay and the sound is good enough to dub to CD. Great chance to make my own TJB Live album!
