Along with many who will chime in about Warren's passing Sun. Sept.7,VH1 is repeating their "(Inside)Out" documentary of Warren recording his last album,THE WIND,just released a couple of weeks ago. The show is scheduled for tonight, Monday,Sept.8th,10
M EST. The first time I saw this special,I missed the first few minutes but it looks like this was recorded at A&M. In any event,this is one of the best music films I have ever seen,right up there with the Band's THE LAST WALTZ(directed by Martin Scorese) and Brian Wilson's I JUST WASN'T MADE FOR THESE TIMES(directed by Don Was). The music and the story of Warren dealing with his unoperable cancer carries this amazing film. The documentary is supposed to be available for sale later this fall,through Artimis Records. Mac
