Yes, Jerry Lewis - one I have in my collection and forgot about! There's probably something else out there like Mike Douglas or some local type variety shows of the day.
The BMB were also a favorite of Johnny Carson. They always built a special set for their appearances on the Tonight Show. However, as far as I can tell these were the shows that were not kept by NBC. Joey Bishop, who was on opposite Carson on ABC for a time, also had them on often.
