Looks like "Offering" will be released as SHM-CD, according to HMV.JP.
I haven't found any information about this at Universal Music site.

I haven't updated this topic.
Universal Music made a page for Carpenters SHM-CD to be released next month.
I still don't know what they mean.
Offering is paper sleeve like original LP/ A jacket of the first edition LP released in Japan is included.
They haven't uploaded the photo. A CD shop site has the cover photo. It is "Ticket to Ride".

No one may be interested in, Universal Music page changed "Offering" To "Ticket To Ride" with "Ticket To Ride" pic.
