A "perfect" 12-single with two tracks that became dance club classics. For being a debut album, Cheryl Lynn had the cream of the crop of L.A. studio musicians, including arrangements by the great Marty Paich, with David Paich also producing, arranging, and providing keyboards. This was also recorded around the time of Toto's first album, so her appearance on the Toto track "Georgy Porgy" isn't a big surprise.
