Japanese release of Gold CD set with Bonus DVD

I just received an email from CD Japan(link below) about the upcoming release of the Gold 35th Anniversary CD set with bonus DVD to be released November 23rd. I emailed CD Japan to find out more about the packaging and the bonus DVD. However it may just be the same disc that's in the US set which contains the 'Gold' DVD. I wonder what cover they will use.

Hi Scott,

I visited Japanese page (there is a link at the bottom in your link).
They don't say it is Gold 35th Anniversary set. It is Super Shock Price of Gold <Deluxe Sound + Vision> 2003.
2003 Gold Deluxe Sound + Vision had Region Free DVD.
