Actually, I like the songs of the medley, especially THE END OF THE WORLD and OUR DAY WILL COME. But I could do without the DJ! Okay, it's fun to hear it once or twice, but everytime??

Sad, that Carpenters didn't record full versions of these songs!

 This is an easy choice to make. It's "This masquerade " for me, one of my all time favourites. Beautiful arrangement (the flute-section is outstanding !) and one of Karen's best vocal performances. The second best for me is "Heather". I love instrumentals and this is one of the most beautiful ones that I know. Finally I would choose "I can't make music" for the third best. Very emotional and dramatic tune, I love the organ sound !!! What else can I say about "Now and then" ? Perfect album, maintaining the Carpenters' role in american pop music. :blinkeye:

Soon, Jon...soon. (A few months yet...maybe Santy Claus will be nice to me this year. :D )
