No, As Time Goes By is not one of the small album cover pictures on the inside cover, but yes, that is Singles 1969-1973 under TTR. The Singles 1969-1973 (as well as The Singles 1974-1978) can still be found in some CD shops in Singapore if you look hard enough! As TIme Goes By was released in November or December of 2001 (a few months after Japan) and there are lots of copies everywhere - tons of them were recently on special offer in our one and only Borders - about S$13 each or US$7.20.
